Custoer was offered a refund or replacement if he would return the damaged merchandise afterwards, but did not wish to do so. Customer was also offered a partial refund if returning it was too time consuming, but was not interested. We offered several solutions, and are hopeful Paypal can resolve this to his satisfaction.
