Seller response: I was not upset I just explained to you my options. And I never got a question other than the refund of this item. Nothing about your daughter sorry. I just checked all my email and nothing there asking anything that was about your daughter. As far as the caps I didn't use any if so it was because I hit the cap tap on the key board. So. what can I say pc's don't always send the person thoughts and such
