The funny part is that he also said that the products that you sell might not even be covered under warranty in India ********** Your Lie #1 ********** You claimed that the product is covered under the official Sennheiser USA warranty. That is a lie. ********** My reply #1: ********** I spoke with Sennheiser customer support @ Product Information 1-(877)-736-6434. They say this product is not covered. The customer service executive asked me to purchase it from amazon.in I do not want this product as there is no warranty as well as because the seller lied to me. How is Amazon.in (india) going to deliver the product to you. If you find a way for that please share that magic with us. Nevertheless all platforms are not registered with all the manufacturers worldwide. If bonanza is not registered with senneisher, it is not bonanza fault nor ours. It is open platform. Any official invoice is valid for warranty claim. Anyways have fun with your purchase. We have blacklisted you across our all groups of sellers for misusing bonanza policy of order cancellation after item shipped, and unnecessary negative feedback. We are well versed with buyers behavior and hence we haven’t sent the item yet. ???? ********** Your Lie #2 ********** The first email communication from the seller in this post from the seller is a lie. The seller not only lied to me, but also lied to the Bonanza website platform as a whole, and might have crossed the line in terms of the service level agreements and standards of Bonanza.com The seller told bonanza.com that he has shipped the product, but he hadn't done so in reality. ********** The analysis ********** The seller thrives on the fact that he can sell products (not sure if they are genuine) and nobody generally checks if he is really authorised to claim that he provides warranty. The seller (Mr. Ravi Acharya) is a Sociopath (A sociopath is typically defined as someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others) as well as a Compulsive Liar (A compulsive liar is defined as someone who lies out of habit. Lying is their normal and reflexive way of responding to questions.) |
