Seller response: Can't win them all, I guess. I suppose I could've told a lie or made something up and blamed the warehouse or supplier, but instead I was up front and honest, told the truth and kept buyer updated regarding delays in ordering, giving out personal and private information in the process regarding issues with my Amazon Account. All that has been straightened out now, and I am sorry to have gotten negative feedback for being honest and telling the truth, and humbly and sincerely apologizing throughout our communications. Thanks for ordering, though, you're business is still appreciated.
