Offered her partial refund as requested and now she's trying to extort more money out of me. I did not realize there were some items missing and it was just a mistake. Now she wants a full refund AND won't send the items back. Very unethical. |

I told this guy it was an ebay auction with bidding starting at $9.99. Instead Bonanza made a mistake of offering it at $9.99 with free shipping, an obvious error. The shipping cost more than $10. I have my ebay and Bonanza accounts linked and sometimes they do make errors when they bring it over. I'm sorry this guy thought I was trying to dupe him but I gave him a full refund and apologized for the error.
