Hello JosephK532, i am sadden to hear about your order ( VSC,,, Very Special Chocolates, Liquor Filled ) .But you ordered on Sold on: 12/03/16, and received them December 10, 2016 , 2:53 pm, and you Left feedback on 12/29/16 .. So my question to you is ,Did you not unpackage your order from shipping and put in a cool place until Christmas? Because thats what it seems like to me what happened if we look at the dates! I hate that happened , but it is Chocolates, and they will Melt if not stored properly
