This gentlemen made a purchase, then within 24 hours or so changed his mind and asked me to refund his payment, which I did the moment he asked. I offered to speak with him, answer any questions that he might have, maybe to ease his mind as it pertained to my work, etc. He didn't respond other than to say he'd made a "mistake" and wanted to "move on". That's quite literally all that happened. Not quite sure what I did to deserve this feedback other than be cooperative, and helpful.
