Seller response: Buyer recvd. item on Sep. 30 and notify me on Oct. 4th stating "her friend noticed the stone was missing". Bracelet went out intact, check it before sending one by one, it wasn't defective. I had emailed her she never replied. Some people you just can satisfy.
