When you buy something from someone and you do not hear from them in a week after purchasing, you begin to think you are not getting the item!!! So to protect myself, I did file a dispute in paypal!!! Once the purse was received, the dispute was cancelled!!! I am sorry about your dog and your grandma, but being a seller, you must stay in contact with your buyer!!! NOT sure how in the world that made your account negative....PLUS, I paid exactly the amount that it said?!? NOT sure how in the world I was supposed to pay extra when we did not even agree to that?!? I left you POSITIVE feedback, and you gave me negative for no good reason!!!!
