hi , I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive all the pieces of the puzzles. I don't have anymore of those. As per my return policy on Bonanza I do accept return if someone received broken or damaged good less the shipping and $1.00 restocking fee. In this particular case where as I have no control over the company who made the puzzle. I am going to refund you the price of the item less the shipping. So that will be $2.99 returned to you.
