Funny...I did a fresh install of Windows OS from the 64bit download link you sent me after formatting my computer. So I don't see how your explanation here makes any sense. I wasted my weekend trying in vain to make this work installing multiple times from your download links. Also called Microsoft customer support who confirmed the issue with the product you supplied. So you can imagine how frustrating this whole process was for me. I thought I was buying genuine software activation code but never got it!! |

I was somewhat skeptical that the Windows 7 Ultimate software I purchased would be legit, but was very pleasantly surprised when I installed it and entered the product key and it worked and activated fine. A+++

Exactlly, " copy of Microsoft Windows was not genuine", You didn't use download links I gave you and was trying to activate software you already had on PC,sometimes it won't let you activate software if it was installed not from official sources, you could contact me first and tell what happened, I can issue you download link from official MS website and there no problem with keys. Keys are genius and ready to be used. You just need upgrade your operating system.
