Please note that since all my items are handmade, there will be minor imperfections that in no way affect the quality or sheer awesomeness of the product.
If anything, it makes them more unique :)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item so we can try to work out the problem.

I accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you.
Returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
Once I receive the item in original condition, I will send you a prompt refund to your PayPal account less the shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee

Ship your item back to me carefully packaged in the same wrap and box that I shipped it out in.

I will make every effort to make sure your package gets to you safe and sound and in one piece. However In case of shipping damage, please e-mail me a photo of the damaged piece, save the piece and original shipping material, contact me and I will give information how to process for the insurance. I will then process your refund immediately or replace your item free of charge.
