Refunds must be pre-approved. Refunds only avaliable for items shipped in to addresses in the lower 48 continuous United States. Return shipping cost for all approved returns is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be returned complete with everything exactly as the buyer received the item or no refund will be given. All returns must be the same item as was shipped to the buyer. This will be verified by serial numbers and invisible water marks on the item sent to the buyer. Any discrepancies will result in the buyer not receiving any type of refund, along with the buyers local police being notified of a cyber crime.
