Tuvok (Tim Russ) agrees, citing the Federation-Klingon treaty championed by a legendary Vulcan named Spock. Reluctantly, Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) consents to seek a pact. In unity, there is peace. But, as she discovers, there is also deception and unprecedented danger. A murderous saboteur destroys the summit and, with it, all trust in Janeway's peace attempts.
