CRUCIBLE of HORROR (dvd) man torments his and 50 similar items

Pre-viewed for quality and everything looks almost new. The sourceprint used for this appears to have been a faded tape. A couple of times I noticed damaged tape lines at the top of the frame very briefly which gives the fact away. This psycho-thriller features Michael Gough as the tyrannical husband and father, murdered by his wife (Yvonne Mitchell) and daughter (Sharon Gurney), whose corpse re-emerges, first nailed in a crate, then swinging from a rope in the attic, attacks his daughter and, finally, as if nothing happened, resumes his place at the head of the table, leaving his wife staring dementedly off into space. This picture could be seen as an allegory indicating that killing a patriarch doesn't eliminate patriarchy.
