Kathy (Milijani Zirojevic), plain Jane daughter of the janitor at an exclusive Boston school, is made up (hideously) for a date with the hulking gym teacher. This turns out to be a set-up for her humiliation by most of the pupils at the school, which is populated by hateful bitches with too much hairspray, and she winds up in a coma on life-support, tended by caring, curly-haired Dr. Robert Anderson (Jared Martin). Eva (Lara Naszinski), new in school, is semi-possessed by Kathy, as indicated by much pouty staring, but the psychically-gifted patient seems to be able to wreak her revenge from bed by making her tormentors have silly hallucinations that wind up with nasty characters meeting ridiculous fates. One girl keeps finding the headless body of her boyfriend and another is attacked by a marble statue. The gym teacher is attacked by his own doppleganger. Eva-or-Kathy begins a relationship with the doctor but supernatural influence prompts a nervous breakdown and the faithless hero moves on to another girl (Ulli Reinthaler), the Sue Snell figure who has expressed guilt over the initial prank. Eva escapes from a sanitorium and goes after her rival, cornering her in the hospital morgue and threatening her with a Fulci-esque eye-gouging averted at the last moment, and Kathy's mother puts an end to the goings on when she mercy-kills her daughter by pulling out her life supports. Set in Boston, Massachusetts and inspired by the then popular 'Carrie' and 'Patrick' with astral projection themes.
