PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR PURCHASING

1) We try hard to describe each and every item we sell. We take extreme care and time to provide accurate descriptions, to note any flaws, and to show all angles of item on photos.We’ll accept returns only if the item is not as described.

2) Many of the items we sell are family pieces or pieces we have collected through the years. We try to describe each item as accurately as possible and when applicable, we test to make sure they are in good working order. We sell a variety of items and do not claim to be experts. Consequently, everything is sold as is and refunds are given only if we misstate an items condition.

3) Due to calibration of computer monitors varying from computer to computer, color of gemstones or precious metal (and other elements of the pieces) may vary from the photos on the listing. We do not accept returns due to the “color being different” from the photos.

4) Descriptive words such as “semi-translucent” “mottled” are the opinion of us, and are not grounds for a return on items.

5) Motifs of carvings and designs of jewelry are the interpretation of us, and are not grounds for a return. Please view the photos carefully to make your own interpretation of designs.

6) PLEASE NOTE: after you receive the item it is yours to do as you’d like (resize, polish, etc.) but we DO NOT accept returns of altered items under any circumstance (including if you have it resized, serviced, cleaned, polished, etc.)

7) Item MUST be returned with ALL of the original parts and acessories.

8) Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
