Antique Tole Painted Metal Funnel - and similar items

Offered here is this nice Antique Toleware Decorative Funnel with Cherries Painted on it. The funnel itself is in good condition, with only a few small dings, mainly at the edges, however, the small end is a little bent out of shape and the paint is almost completely worn off in that area. The funnel is a bit dusty and needs a good cleaning. The tole painting is in very good condition, but does have some tiny areas of paint loss. There are a few scratches to the black finish all over the box, inside and out. There is some light rust coming through in these areas, particularly at the top rim where the little hook for hanging is located. The funnel has a beautiful cherry design that is still very vivid. I am unsure of the age of the funnel, but I would date it to the early 20th Century. It is 4.25" tall, 3.75" in diameter at the top rim, and .5" in diameter at the bottom. It is a very nice piece of antique toleware, with a lovely cherry pattern. It would be a nice addition to any antique collection.
