It is in fair to good condition, with no cracks, but there are several chips around the outer rim. I am unsure of the age of the saucer, but it looks like an older piece. It is white with gold trim, and the gold it a little worn as well. The saucer is 5.75” in diameter. It is a nice vintage piece of hand painted Nippon china.
