It has a copyright date of 1925 on it, and was published by Villa Moret, Inc. It is in good condition, for its age. There are also some scuffs and light stains the music as well. The music is 5 pages long. There are many tears along the edges, including some larger ones, and there are pencil and pen notations throughout the music. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
