Vintage Porcelain Rice Canister - Iridescent and similar items

Offered here is this wonderful Vintage Porcelain Rice Canister. The dish is in very good condition, with no cracks, however, there is a good size chip on the inside rim of the lid, and some flea bites along the bottom rim. The canister has a lid, and I am unsure of its age, but it is hallmarked Made in Czechoslovakia. The word RICE and the black pattern is applied over glaze, and the canister is finished in a beautiful pearly iridescent glaze. The canister is 8.25" tall at the top of the lid handle, 6.5" deep, and 4.5" in diameter. It is a nice vintage porcelain canister, and would be a nice addition to any canister collection, as well as being a nice, functional piece of kitchen ware.
