At Belle of Hope Beauty customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange only.
Exchange Process: Free Ground Shipping for domestic exchange orders!* Exchanges are ONLY VALID by placing a NEW order. You have 7 business days from receipt to do so. See below for instructions: No Refunds will be given. Please ship the item back within 3 business days of receipt. A Return Request Must Be Submitted Prior to All Returns. Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless Belle of Hope has made an error. Any package sent without RMA Approval will be rejected and/or sent back to the buyer.
• Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt in new condition, new means: exactly the way you received it.
• Product has only been tried on, but Product has not been worn**
• The hair or structure is not damaged, combed, brushed, oiled, altered or cut and manufactured part has not been combed out
• The tags are attached, cardboard supports and net (if any) are present and undamaged.
• No perfume, cigarette or other odors are present.
• The retail box does not have creases, splits or damage of any kind.
• The logo tissue paper is not torn, soiled, or excessively crinkled.
• Refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. Shipping fees for all returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
• Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Definitions of TRIED ON: to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style. Definition of WORN: Anything longer than to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style.
*Please respect that products that have been worn/used and/or do not meet the above conditions are no longer new and CAN NOT be returned. Wigs are beauty products and once used cannot be resold or sent back to our vendors.
***After you have returned an item. The item will be inspected. If the item does not meet ALL the criteria above your item will either be sent back to you at your cost or you will be charged a minimum of 50% Restocking Fee up to 100% plus any return shipping expenses incurred. This will depend the condition of the returned item or if it can be resold.
Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 1-2 business days for an email confirmation of the exchanged status. Please be sure to provide the item, color, size, etc of your exchange of equal or lesser value.
1. Call us at 843-702-2241 or place a new order online. Reference your order number in the comment area on the shipping/billing info page.
2. When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping.
3. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your return item.
NOTE: Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Coupon codes, promotions or gift certificates received are non-transferable to the new exchange order. NOTE: We only offer 1 exchange per order. After this transaction has occurred the sale is now final.
