International buyers and customers from HI, AK, APO/FPO should contact us for shipping quotes before bidding. Items are usually shipped 7-10 business days after payment is received. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. We also ship via UPS ground services. Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon package shipment. UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and international shipments except Canada. No local pick-ups. Returns and Exchanges No returns for handmade items Other, non-handmade items, must be in the original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will refund your original amount minus a 20% restocking fee. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling.
