Shipping and Tracking All of our items have a one to three business day processing time. Normal Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Orders will be sent via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is missing contents, or your item does not arrive, please contact us so we can notify the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging, including packing materials, contents, invoices, and packing slips, as you may need these for the claims process. Returns We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the product must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund. All returns should be shipped by a reputable shipper and be properly packaged and fully insured. Products returned after 30 days purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
