Shipping and Tracking All of our items have a one to two business day processing time. Normal Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Orders will be sent via USPS. Returns We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the product must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
