The pictures show the decal in white, if you choose a different color the white shown in the pictures will be that color. If you are putting it on a vehicle window a lighter color works best. Darker colors do not show up very well on vehicle windows. Can be applied to any smooth surface There is no background, the surface the decal is applied to will be the background. Once applied do not scrape ice or use high pressure directly on the decal, normal pressure car washes are ok. Made of high quality 5~7 year outdoor vinyl that will not fade or crack, the NEON colors are meant top be used indoors and will fade quickly if applied outdoors in the weather.
