The front hinge is broken and the first sixteen pages are detached, otherwise the binding is acceptable and all pages are present. The pages are tanning, have scattered brown age spots and there is a school stamp dated 1923 on the title page and a notation in front. The cover is toned and edge worn, the spine is lightly creased . Fair. Hardcover.
