NauticalMart Italian Renaissance Suit Of Armor reenactment Halloween SCA LARP
The round shapes of this suit of armour give away its origin. The original is presumably made by a Milanese armour maker. The tassets and sabatons are clearly influenced by the 16thcentury fashion and the suit of armour is provided with rope-shaped ends that are taken from the German tradition. Luxurious armours like this were worn around the second half of the 16thcentury by the higher European aristocracy. The suit of armour has a goose bellied cuirass and an armet, a helmet which was mainly worn during tournaments. The armour is made of cold rolled plate steel. It is available with a steel thickness of 1,3 or 1,5 mm and with an unpolished, polished or bronzed finish. MANUFACTURED SOLD BY NAUTICALMART INC.
