Email through for more information. -------------------------------------------------- Born and educated in Osaka, Japan, Sadako Mano came to the US after WWII and later became a US citizen. Her grandfather, himself an artist, exposed her to art at an early age. She majored in art at the prestigious Saidiji School in Japan. After coming to the states she later attend the Art League of Los Angeles. She has studied extensively in a variety of art fields which include oil painting, watercolors, charcoals, and mixed media. Sadako has been an art instructor at the Art League of Los Angeles, the "Lemmon Tree Gallery", and at her own, the Sadako Mano Art Studio. Her art has shown at one-woman shows at the "Parkhurst Gallery", “The Gallery” aboard the Queen Mary, "The Morro Bay Gallery", and many other fine art galleries...and in various public and private art collections, including those of Lawrence Welk, actor Johnny Whitaker, and the US Navy in Long Beach, Ca.
