The front hinge and binding are broken, some of the pages are partially detached. The pages are clean but tanned. The cover is edge worn and the spine is faded. Fair. Hardcover.
The author first visited the East in 1890. The years that followed were devoted to the study of the Holy Scriptures. In 1904, the author again visited Palestine, and entered into residence at the Biblical School at Jerusalem until June 1905. This volume contains the fruits of the study and the personal observations of that year. (#00002305)
