Item description
Year by Year 75 Years of BOEING HISTORY 1916 - 1991. Published by the Boeing Historical Archives in Seattle, Washington. D-18328-1. November 1991.
This book is a compilation of articles printed weekly in the 'Boeing News' January 26, 1990 and July 19, 1991, to commemorate the Boeing company's 75th Anniversary.
They do not attempt to offer a complete history of the company. Rather, they highlight key events of each year, and place important products and milestones in the context of their time:
In 1919 , 3 years after his company was founded, William Boeing and Eddie Hubbard used the C-700 wood-and-wire biplane to make the first international airmail delivery to the United States. In 1990, the model 777 joined the Boeing family of jet transporters.
Book measures 11" x 8" x 1/2" thick. Very good condition. Very minor creases.
Shipping is $4.00 Media to anywhere in the USA. International shipping rates apply.
