This item comes complete with instructions for installation and is brand new. No extra tools or hardware are needed to install the item and typical installation time for the molding set is approximately 10 minutes. The trim covers are manufactured to be resistant to cracking, tarnishing, rusting and made to withstand all types of weather (whether it be the Arizona heat or the east coast snow!).
