The pendant is a genuine shell with amethyst gemstones and is attached to a genuine white pearl strand, it is knotted between each pearl. The pendant is removable if you only want to wear the pearls.
The metal on the shell is silver plated.
The pearls have a solid 10k gold spring ring closure.
