Buddy Ebsen Tin Man of Oz photograph An 8x10 black and white photograph showing him as the original Tin Man of Oz that was to be his role for that part in the 1939 film with Judy Garland before he contracted a lengthy illness and replaced by Jack Haley. This is one of seven photographs I just found in a box that we had professionally done over twenty years ago from a negative that Buddy Ebsen had. This is glossy photograph done produced in the classical method in a darkroom, not a digital photograph. This photograph is not signed by Buddy Ebsen. I maintained Buddy Ebsen?s website for years and his book ?The Other Side of Oz? was first launched at my bookshop -Phantom Bookshop- years ago. I only have seven copies.
