16 Vintage Black White Photos Portland Oregon Rose Festival Parade Floats Bands. Great small collection of 16 black and white photos from the Portland Rose Festival parade, lots of floats, bagpipers, horses, Rosarians, all photographs taken across the street or in front of Stowbridge Hardware downtown Portland can see the business sign featured prominently in one photo taken from across the street, age seems to be 1950's to 1960's thereabouts, Stowbridge closed down in the early 1970's, floats include Bonneville Power Employees, a Pasadena rose, Camas Queen and Princesses, Chamber of Commerce, one group of bagpipers has a Pacific National Exhibition Vancouver written on a drum might help for era.
