How it works
Unlike a 2-way splitter that divides power equally, the DN-54FN directs most of the RF energy through the main line while tapping off a smaller portion:
Main line: about 80% of the input power (? ?1 dB)
Tap port: about 20% of the input power (? ?7 dB)
This makes it ideal for "daisy-chaining" antennas in DAS installations while maintaining adequate signal levels downstream.
