Custom & Personalized Items (Non-Refundable)
All personalized items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

This includes any products customized with:

Custom pictures or photos

Names, initials, or text

Monograms or custom graphics

Because these items are uniquely crafted just for you, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item (standard or personalized) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
