Some pods may say 13oz with an image of a large sized cup depicting an image of a latte beverage and some pods may say 2.71oz depicting an image of a milk jug pouring into a small cup. They are both the same double shot of espresso that will brew 2.7 oz espresso. We do our best to pack orders to arrive in excellent condition. Occasionally, packages may arrive with dented capsules due to handling during the shipping process. Dented capsules are fine to use as long as the round foil rim is not bent. Most items are shipped using UPS Ground Saver where UPS handles the item to the destination zip code where the package is then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please provide a valid USPS physical address at checkout. If an order is marked as RTS (Return to Sender) due to insufficient/incomplete address or any other address issue we will issue a refund minus our original shipping cost once we receive the returned item.
