We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Personalized, custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pink Platypus Emporium is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
