Item description
Robert A. Heinlein's "Assignment in Eternity" published in 1953 by Fantasy Press in Pennsylvania. The book is bound in brick red cloth. The original dust jacket is not price-clipped and has the correct first edition $3.00 price on the front jacket flap.
Brick red cloth, spine stamped in gold, including six bands, FANTASY PRESS type at the bottom of the spine is 3.0 mm in height with HEINLEIN on the spine set in type 2.5 mm high. The verso of the title page is stated ?First edition.?
A very good plus to fine copy in very good plus to fine dust jacket. The book sits square on the shelf, no broken hinges, no marks or book plates. Pages are clean. This book was never read.
Photos shown are with the removable Mylar jacket protector. Considered a high point in Heinlein?s work.
