As all our lampshades are made-to-order and customizable for fitting, we do accept returns under genuine circumstances. However, please note that only the cost of the lampshade will be refunded. Return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the lampshade back in its original condition, we will process the refund for the lampshade cost only.
