Item description
The object in your image is a vintage "Bottoms Up" novelty shot glass, designed to force the user to drink the entire contents before setting it down, as its irregular shape prevents it from standing upright while filled. While you mentioned it is Murano glass, this specific "bottoms up" design is famously rooted in 1930s American Depression glass, originally patented by the McKee Glass Company.
This piece is an abstract representation of a kneeling or bowed nude female figure. The figure is integrated into the structure of the glass, where her legs and back form the curved sides, and her "bottom" serves as the base when inverted.
