Vintage Richardson?s Tartan shop plaid kilt from Toronto Canada. This is a traditional kilt that was custom-made for the owner whose name and address are on the inside label. 100% lightweight wool with fringe along the open seam in the front. A true rap kilts with leather tab buckles at each hip. Flat front and pleated in the back. Tag size 28 and that measurement is slightly adjustable, depending on which of the three buckle holes you choose. On the smallest setting it is 13.5 inches across so appears to be true to size. 26.5 inches long. The plaid is predominantly red With secondary colors in olive green and gray with a little white. These kilts retail upwards of $400 and is a traditional Scottish representation. This kilt was made for a woman but as kilts go, it is unisex.
