Fits Waist up to 26-27"
It has no tags but item is very similar of legendary designer Dorthy O'Hara creations. Item is not handmade its definitely manufactured and made very very well.
Condition pre loved, considering its age has no rips or holes. Some loosen threads and beads possible here and there. Zipper works great. No noted discoloration. No scents
