Vintage Ralph Lauren Western boots from the original 1980s Polo Western collection These bold red leather boots feature hand-tooled tan leather flower appliques, vibrant green leather leaf inlays, cream piping, and intricate chain-stitch embroidery throughout. The pull tabs on the shaft are embroidered with the Ralph Lauren initial signature. The interior label reads ?Western? and the interior stamp reads ?2183 5 C 2981? These boots have lived a full life. The previous owner ? an elderly woman ? reportedly danced many nights away in them. They show real, honest wear: significant creasing and cracking on the vamp/toe box area of one boot, scuffing on the toe caps, worn leather soles, and worn heels. The shaft and upper portions remain structurally sound and visually stunning. The inlay work and stitching are intact. Size: Marked 5C. Insole measures 9?. These run small even for a marked 5. My mother wears a 5.5; she tried them on and we had to pull them off of her foot. Condition: Fair for age ? heavily worn but structurally intact.
