Item description
Modellbahnunion (MBU) HO green MAN railbus New in original box with packaging and German manual, will include an English translation. Model is highly detailed (check out the mirrors) with a metal base and plastic body. It comes with a Next18 interface to convert to DC digital. Can be run in DC analog as is or I can include a matching decoder (PD18MU by D M with Next18 interface) for an extra $49. Only opened to take photos, never on tracks.
Modellbahn Union (MBU) is a small German manufacturer not available in the US, so here is your chance to own a very unique model.
The MAN Schienenbus was produced by MAN (Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg) between 1956 and 1969. These rail buses featured 66?70 seats and outputs of 150?200 PS. Thanks to the large number of variants built, they can still be found in regular museum railway service in Europe today.
