Obverse: Bust of Marianne (symbol of the French Republic) right, wearing Phrygian cap, holding laurel branch. Legend: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE and P.TURIN 1940. Reverse: Rice plant (symbol of Indochina agriculture) dividing denomination 10 / CENTS, legend: INDO-CHINE FRANÇAISE. Edge: Reeded
Size Weight: Diameter 18 mm, weight ~3 g (standard specs).
