The Space Warriors, Stewart Cowley Sci-fi Oil Paintings Artwork Hardcover Book
A classic Sci-Fi art book from 1980. This is from Stewart Cowley, who also made the TTA (Terran Trade Authority) series of sci-fi books, and it is similar in many respects. Made in the U.K. and hard to find now!
This book is in overall very good condition and complete. It has it's dust jacket, which does show wear but mostly around the edges. The covers are nice, and the pages themselves are in good to very good shape. There is some signs of aging on some of the pages and a sticker with a name on it on the reverse side of the title page just inside the front cover. There is a sticker on the outside of the removable cover. All of the great artwork and exciting text is in there!
The artists in this book made their spaceships the old fashioned way ... with oil on canvas! No computer graphics here ...
Wonderful stuff for the sci-fi fan with a big imagination!
