Vintage Mickey Mouse Waves Ceramic Figurine and similar items

Vintage Mickey Mouse figure. Marked on base Walt Disney Japan. Not sure of date but is vintage. There is paint wear to the black and red areas. Most obvious is the edge of ears, mouth, tail, and pants. The base has shelf wear with dark spots. I see no damage to the ceramic just paint wear. 5" tall. See photos.
