Item description
This is a vintage postcard featuring the Annual Pittsburgh Jazz Festival, a popular June event sponsored by the Catholic Youth Organization of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The photo, taken by Harold Corsini, shows artists on stage at the Civic Arena with its world's largest retractable dome 1/6 open, revealing the Pittsburgh skyline in the background. The card was published by Wonday Film Service and made by Dexter Press, Inc. The back is a standard divided back postcard with a place for a stamp and to write a message.
